The last day of my view through a window dawned brightly!
The view has several crossings to capture.
The steam of heating in buildings give a good indication of how cold it is and the wind direction and speed.

Out for Jazz
A late night during the week is a challenge but we found our way to Mezzrow to see Hetty Kate.
"A rare opportunity to enjoy Hetty Kate swinging with acclaimed vocal accompanist, pianist Michael Kanan alongside his long time musical collaborator Neal Miner (bass). Playing tunes from the 20s to the 50s, listen to rare gems and hidden treasures alongside stalwart selections from the Great American Songbook by three of the best. Brave the cold, come out and let the music warm your heart."
"MEZZROW is a jazz venue, a listening room and lounge in the heart of the historic district of Greenwich Village. Mezzrow, endorsed by the Steinway Piano Company, has a gorgeous new model "A" (6'3") on which we feature the very best jazz pianists in New York City. Our lounge is a place for adults to enjoy the relaxed social atmosphere of a jazz club. Our Music room is a place for music lovers to have an intimate experience with the artists who are performing. Mezzrow is owned and operated by the folks from Smalls Jazz Club (next door at 183 west 10th street) – a musical environment run by musicians for musicians."
On the way home there was a person with a stall on 34th Street station selling oils and body lotion

From the bedroom window
When it began to get dark and I hadn't taken the photo through the window I realized I hadn't snapped and posted the view looking the other way- looking east instead of west.

Studio Museum of Harlem
Museum visit #1- The Studio Museum of Harlem on 125th Street. An easy walk up and along
Loved these two paintings but couldn't find anything online to describe the exhibition so will have to go back to get some more details.

Light on bare trees
The light on the tree across the road from the apartment building caught my eye and then I went on to look at the other bare branches in the park and down the side streets.
