This year we found out that the snow day had been "declared"
the day before the storm came through NYC so a chance to savour the day at home.
I spent a lot of the time taking photos and just watching the snow fall.
We were thankful that we didn't have to fly anywhere.
Annie was traveling to Australia and had the sense to fly out the day before.
What should one do for lunch- head to Hurley's across the road and enjoy the time indoors.
