Halifax, Nova Scotia

An early start to the day for a journey out of Halifax .....

..... to Peggy's Cove

Lobster was on the menu, not that we caught it but the lobster pots were everywhere

And the Scottish influence was everywhere too!

The lighthouse is one of the most photographed as it is glorious and a challenge to get a shot without people swarming around it

Loved the colour and shape against the wall

Celia ... I have read and reread each of your trip posts and I'm enchanted! What a fabulous trip ... to the most interesting places too. Great itenary. You have done a terrific job with remembering just where you went and what the photos are. This is something that I struggle with on travel photos. [wouldn't a GPS system be great in our cameras to tell us when and where we were!] Thanks for the glimpse into your travels. :)
